Courchevel 1650 "INTENSIVE COMPETITION" CAMP

This Camp follows the "Team Evolution Course" or once a "Bronze Standard Racing Medal" has been obtained

 

      Children and teenagers who love speed will have the opportunity to measure their capabilities and improve their skiing techniques in a group, where the intensive pace is combined with a team atmosphere. This camp is organized on a full day basis and is designed to develop the skiers' autonomy: they will learn to prepare their skis and maintain their equipment and will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the mountain (snow layers, security on and off pistes etc…) as well as improving their racing performance. Training hinges as much on slalom techniques (practiced on Courchevel 1650 gated runs) as on physical fitness necessary to compete (improved upon, on various terrain across the 3 Valleys).
 


 

If you book onto the Intensive Competition Camp, you are automatically registered for the "Flèches et Chamois" Races organized by our Courchevel 1650 Ski School.   Skiers have the possibility to achieve a global ranking with the OPEN Points gained.
Participants are in the care of their instructor all day long.
