For Premium and Wilderness Skiing, please fill in the appropriate forms and send them back to us.
It is not possible to book lessons by telephone.
Payment: Your reservation of group lessons will be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
For private lessons, a deposit of 40% will be required
Confirmation: Which ever method of booking you choose, a booking confirmation will be sent to you. To enable us to do this, please send us your postal address, email address and a phone number (in case your booking).
Prices: The indicated prices include the tuition and supervision of an instructor from our ESF Courchevel 1650, the loan of children's bibs as well as their participation in the end of course to ability test + their badge of achievement (min. 5 half day course).
Contrary, everybody is responsible for the purchase of their lift passes, insurance and equipment. All clients are thus required to have their own insurance cover for the risks inherent in their participation in snowsports activities. 
Our ESF advise you to purchase the "Carré Neige" Insurance at the same time as booking your skiing programme with us. Now, see the cancellation + insurance option.
Cancellation (to be done in writing by email, fax or post):
Group Lessons: If you have to cancel your lessons due to unforseen circumstances, 3% charge will be incurred. A cancellation 10 days or less prior to your 1st lesson will incur a 10% charge ; 24h or less prior to your 1st lesson: no refund.
Private Lessons: If you have to cancel your lessons due to unforseen circumstances;15 days or more prior to your 1st lesson: 3% charge will be incurred ; notification 3 to 15 days before: 10% charge incurred ; notification 48h before the 1st lesson: a charge will be incurred corresponding to the hours of the 1st lesson ; less than 48h: no refund.
We cannot be held responsible for conditions outside our control, such as bad weather, pist or lift closure/strike. If we are unable to provide our services we will not give a refund, but we be happy to provide a letter for your insurance.
It is the responsibility of the client to check that they will be able to get to the meeting point for the appropriate time. A no show will not be offered refund or exchange.
Any judicial proceedure will be dealt with within the French system.
Other Information
On arrival or before the start of your course/lesson (private and group) make sure you have collected your lesson card from our ESF office (which is situated next to the ticket office, under the Ariondaz bubble station). This lesson card is to be presented to your instructor on your 1st day.
Ensure you are aware of the place and time of you lesson ; the class will not wait for you...
Helmets are strongly advised. As well as wrist protections for snowboarders.
Please provide a "In Case of Emergency" phone number that will be printed on the skier's lesson card and kept in our database.
