Ski touring is an activity dedicated to those who wish to ski away from the lifts and be in harmony with the mountain. Yet, off-piste safety is paramount and requires a competent and knowledgeable professional who, through many years experience, has a very good understanding of the terrain, of the snow layers and of the climate in mountain areas. It is essential to plan any ski touring session in advance with the instructor.
